Directions:
1) Boil potatoes until cooked but still firm.
2) Cut the potatoes into smaller portions, suitable for a salad.
3) Mix together in a bowl the Mayonnaise, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, hot curry powder.
4) When the sauce is well mixed add the potatoes, bacon, Bok choy, Pepper, onion and coriander.
5) Mix it well, and then chill.
