Ingredients:
1 lb Mince meat
1 Medium Onion
2 Slices White Bread
1 Egg
4 dessertspoons Hot or mild curry Powder

Directions:
1. Chop onion and bread into small pieces
2. Blend together with mince,egg, curry in food processor
3.Mix for further 20 secs until blended
4. Form into 6/7 Burgers
5. Fry or BBQ until cooked through.
