Directions:
1. Fry the onion and garlic in oil together until soft.
2. Add the curry powder, and fry for approximately 30 seconds.
3. Add Peanut butter and coconut milk.
4. Stir constantly to ensure a smooth sauce. Simmer for 5 Minutes.
5. Add prawns and heat through.
6. Serve on a bed of rice for best results.
